Terms of Service

The rules for using Runner Gacha. Short version: play fair, don't break things, virtual coins aren't real money.

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and the Runner Gacha team ("Runner Gacha", "we", "us") governing your use of the website and game at https://runnergacha.com (the "Service"). By accessing or playing, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You may play the game at any age with the involvement of a parent or guardian where appropriate. To create an account you must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country if that is higher (16 in parts of the EEA). By creating an account you confirm that you meet that requirement.

3. Licence to use the game

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and play Runner Gacha for your own non-commercial entertainment. This licence does not transfer any ownership of the Service to you, and it ends automatically if you breach these Terms.

4. Accounts

Accounts are optional. If you create one:

• Give accurate information and keep your credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.
• Tell us promptly at contact@runnergacha.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
• Do not share, sell or transfer your account, and do not create accounts to evade a suspension.

You may delete your account at any time by emailing us from the registered address.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Cheat, use bots, macros, memory editors, modified clients or any tool that automates play or fabricates scores.
• Manipulate leaderboards, achievements, coin balances or gacha outcomes, or exploit a bug rather than reporting it.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other players' accounts, or our infrastructure.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or tamper with the Service except where that right cannot lawfully be excluded.
• Interfere with the Service through denial-of-service attacks, excessive automated requests or malware.
• Scrape or copy substantial parts of the Service for republication.
• Interfere with the display of advertising, or generate invalid ad traffic including artificial clicks or impressions.
• Use the Service unlawfully, or to harass, abuse or harm anyone.

We may remove scores, reset progress, or suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section.

6. Virtual coins and items

Coins, skins, gacha spins and similar items are virtual items with no monetary value. They exist only inside the Service. Specifically:

• You do not own virtual items; you receive a limited, revocable licence to use them within the game.
• Virtual items cannot be sold, traded, transferred or exchanged for real money or anything of real value, inside or outside the Service.
• We may change, rebalance, add or remove virtual items and their prices, drop rates and effects at any time as part of normal game balancing.
• Virtual items carry no cash value and are not redeemable, and they expire when your account is closed or the Service ends.

The gacha wheel is a randomised reward mechanic. Its probabilities are published in full in our gacha guide: Common 75%, Rare 20%, Epic 4%, Legendary 0.7%, Mythic 0.3%, with a guaranteed Legendary at 75 spins per category. Outcomes are determined at the moment of the spin and are final.

7. Purchases and refunds

Coin packs and the optional season pass are processed by a third-party payment provider; we never receive your card details. Prices are shown before you confirm and may include applicable taxes.

Because virtual coins are delivered immediately and consumed on use, purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law. If you are a consumer in the EEA or UK, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content, which you expressly waive by requesting immediate delivery — but if you believe you are entitled to a refund, contact us and we will review it in good faith. Unauthorised or duplicate charges will always be refunded.

8. Advertising

The Service is supported by advertising, currently served through Google AdSense. By using the Service you accept that ads will be displayed. The rewarded "Watch Ad" option is voluntary and never required to progress.

We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements or for the products and services they promote. Any dealings you have with an advertiser are between you and them. Report a broken or inappropriate ad to contact@runnergacha.com.

Generating invalid traffic — clicking your own ads, encouraging others to click, or using automated means to create impressions — breaches both these Terms and Google's policies, and will result in termination.

9. Display names and leaderboards

If you use a display name, you are responsible for it. Names must not be offensive, obscene, hateful, impersonate another person, infringe a trademark, or contain contact details or advertising. We may change or remove any name and any leaderboard entry at our discretion, and we may remove scores we believe were obtained by cheating.

10. Intellectual property

The Service — including its code, artwork, skin designs, audio, written guides and the Runner Gacha name and logo — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, host or create derivative works from it without our written permission.

You may share screenshots, clips and streams of your own gameplay, including monetised videos, provided you credit Runner Gacha and do not imply we endorse or sponsor your content.

Runner Gacha is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google or any other company mentioned on this site. All third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners.

11. Availability and changes

We provide the Service on an "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of it — including features, game balance and the Service as a whole — at any time and without liability to you. We will give reasonable notice of a permanent shutdown where we can.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms, if we are required to by law, or if we discontinue the Service. On termination, your licence ends and any virtual items are forfeited without compensation. Sections 6, 10, 13, 14, 15 and 16 survive termination.

13. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant that progress will never be lost — local progress is stored in your browser and is your responsibility to preserve; create an account if you want it backed up.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Runner Gacha and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) USD 50.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Runner Gacha and its team from any claim, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at our principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring proceedings there.

Please contact us first at contact@runnergacha.com — nearly every dispute is resolved faster informally than formally.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date reflects the current version, and material changes will be announced on the site before taking effect. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the revised Terms; if you do not, stop using the Service and request account deletion.
