We aim to reply within 3 business days. Privacy and data-deletion requests are actioned within 30 days, as required by GDPR and CCPA.
Reporting a bug
The more of this you can include, the faster we can fix it:
- What you were doing when it happened (which mode, which menu, mid-run or not).
- What you expected to happen, and what actually happened.
- Your browser and version, and your device (for example "Chrome 141 on Android 14").
- Whether it happens every time or only occasionally.
- A screenshot or short screen recording, if you can.
- Your account email, if you were signed in and the bug involves progress or the leaderboard.
Privacy and data requests
You can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it entirely. Email privacy@runnergacha.com from the address registered on the account — that is how we verify the request is really yours. See the Privacy Policy for the full list of rights and what we store.
If you only want to reset ad personalisation, you do not need to email us: use the Cookie settings link in the footer.
Reporting cheating or abuse
If a leaderboard entry looks impossible, or a display name is offensive, send us the name and roughly when you saw it. We remove entries and names that break the Terms of Service.
Copyright and takedown
If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, email contact@runnergacha.com with a description of the work, the exact URL where it appears, your contact details, and a statement that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them. We respond to valid notices promptly.
